Shandy joined real estate in Year 2009. Prior to joining as a salesperson in real estate with HSR, Shandy was an Executive Secretary to the Chairman of a public listed company for 12 years. Shandy Tong holds a Diploma in Business and Administration.
Shandy has brought along her corporate business knowledge to the real estate with an aptitude to do the best. She has set a mission and vision for herself to excel in the real estate. She believes in providing professional service and maintain her stance to act for the best interest of her clients.
Shandy received her first award (Top 10 Producers in HSR for the month of March 2010) in April 2010, and since then, she has been a regular recipient in HSR Top 30 Monthly Producers. The achievements are the result of her continuous effort to be a professional in real estate and her sincere service to her clients. With lots of hard work and enthusiasm, Shandy has attained her promotion consecutively four times within four years starting from the position of an Associate Manager to her current position of, Associate Senior Group Director. She was also nominated for the Best Sales person award and Best Client’s service award with SAEA in 2012.
Kenny joined the real estate industry in 2006; he is currently holding the title of Senior District Director with a team of agents under his care.
Prior to joining real estate, Kenny served a 6 years stint as a Provost Sergeant with the SAF, this service has moulded and taught him much about discipline and leadership. After that he joined the insurance industry as a financial advisor for 10 years, achieving several awards along the way. He was also a Moderator with LUA, an Association for the Insurance industry, conducting training and classes for other financial advisors.
With more than 20 years’ experience in sales, Kenny has a wealth of knowledge and skill to share with other agents. He is one of the core leaders in SmartProperty group, helping out in training and organising events and activities for the 300 strong Division.
Together in his partnership with Shandy Tong, both of them have been focusing on Landed property in D19/20 since 2009. They have won numerous awards together and had also been nominated for the Best Sales person award and Best Client’s service award with SAEA in 2012.
